I've dieted all my life. For most people who hasn't. But for me it becomes an obsession. I think about it all the time. I'm on line looking for new recipes, I have to weigh every day, sometimes twice and in the end when reaching my goal I obsess with keeping myself there until I'm so tired of it I end up failing and gaining the weight back. Whose with me so far?
This time it is truly a matter of Health. Diabetes has reared it's ugly head in my life and I need to take control and keep it, no more YoYo. Seems like its my last chance so I'm going to make it stick this time and make it a way of life.
Please let me know your thoughts and suggestions. Would love to here from you all out there.
